Beautiful ladybug-away it flies.
In that direction good luck lies.
If on a shamrock it does land-twice the luck you'll have at hand!

Neat. Never heard that before but I like it.
You might like to travel to Ohio to see me wearing a blog wig. A kind of fun time we had on my granddaughter's birthday.

Lovely Beckie. I havn't heard it either, I will tell my mother she will love that.
Happy st. Patricks day to you to.
Happy St Patricks Day Beckie, I had never heard that poem before either. It is sweet. The Irish are a supersticious lot. They have sayings for, of and about everything and every situation. It does make life interesting.
Beckie,
I like it. Never heard it, but it's nice. Irish are very clever in poetry, I think.
Happy Saint Patrick's Day!
Mary
To all,
I don't even remember where I saw the saying! Wish I could. But at the time I thought 'I could use that for St. Pat's Day'. So I put it in a file and amost forgot about it! Hope your day was great.
Me again. Love the peace lily on your previous post. The blooms have such an ethereal quality.
I am doing a egg hunt for the grandchildren on Sunday. Hopefully it will be warm enough to have it in the garden.
